We are accepting applications from clans, societies, and non-profit organizations who are interested in reserving space at the 2012 Las Vegas Games.

Request your space by printing our Application (PDF) and mailing the completed form with payment to:

Payment will not be accepted without the completed and signed application form and registration will not be valid without payment. Payment and forms must be received no later than March 15, 2012.

Clan Annual General Meetings

The Las Vegas Celtic Society will provide a complimentary large tent space, chairs, tables, and refreshments (snacks, soft drinks, and bottled water) for your AGM meeting.

AGM Tent spaces are available on a first come basis so the sooner you send your clan application in and I receive your completed registration form the more likely you'll be to receive your first choice of day and time for your meeting. You will be notified of the day and time by March 15th.
